Hello all of you WMSR followers. As the studio is currently under renovations, it is our displeasure to announce that we are no longer live with our rotation for the next few hours. Expect further blackouts to occur as we prepare our studio for UNLEASHED week, coming late September!

WMSR has made a very good friend. Well, another website really. Disqus is a comment tracking service that allows it’s users to tie in all the social media sites they are connected to and use their real persona to leave comments on websites.

Until now, redhawkradio.com was using the more primitive wordpress comment system and we are proud to announce that we now offer the ability to comment using your facebook, twitter, yahoo, openid, and disqus accounts.

On top of the sharing options we just launched, here’s to, what some call, the social networking trend!

In this meeting you will learn everything you will need to know to become a member of Miami Student Radio. WMSR is now recruiting students interested in hosting a radio show. No experience is necessary! We have slots available for sports shows, music shows, news shows, talk shows, and pretty much any kind of show that you can imagine. Although Miami’s Hockey team came up a bit short of their ultimate goal this season, it was a good one for the RedHawks and for us on WMSR.
