  1. Eldon Lee Wiley dies Sept. 8 - Eldon Lee (Keppler) Wiley, professor of educational leadership at Miami from 1970 to 1991, died Sept. 8 in Hamilton. He was 82.
  2. Miami course in "real time" gives students new way to learn - The presidential election of 2008 is giving Miami University students a rare opportunity to learn about politics, voter registration, fundraising and other hot topics in ways that go beyond the lecture hall. "The Internet and the Election: An Interdisciplinary Exploration" is a new class that centers on the unprecedented role of the Internet during this election.
  3. Register online now for blood donor program - Employees can now register online for Miami University's Blood Donor Program, www.donortime.com. The next blood drive will be held from 9 - 11:15 a.m. and 1 - 3:15 p.m. Monday, Oct. 13, in the Heritage Room at Shriver Center.
